This product is a high thermal conductivity insulating silicone material that will almost never cure. It has low oil separation, high and low temperature resistance, water resistance, ozone resistance and weathering resistance. Has good thermal conductivity and good electrical insulation. It can effectively improve the heat dissipation performance of the device and enhance the reliability of heat management. It is RoHS compliant and relevant environmental protection requirements, and its chemical and physical properties are stable. It is mainly used for thermal interface materials of electronic and electrical equipment, lighting components such as LED lamps, home appliances, power modules, and thermal interface materials for power components.

4. How to Use
Clean the coated surface and remove oil and debris, then apply the thermal grease to the surface uniformly.
1. First clean the surface of the heat sink with a high purity solvent such as high purity isoamyl alcohol or acetone and a lint-free cloth such as a cloth for lens cleaning.
2. Use a spatula and a brush to directly apply the silicone grease to the heat-dissipating contact surface, and gently press it so that the silicone grease can better fill the interface. To achieve the best thermal conductivity, or you can use a wire mesh to brush.
5. Storage and Transportation
1. The use of thermal grease is not as much as possible, but the thinner the better under the premise of filling the gap, more coating is not beneficial, but will affect the heat transfer efficiency.
2. Keep away from children. If you accidentally touch the skin, wipe it clean and rinse with water; if you accidentally touch your eyes, rinse immediately with water and go to the hospital for examination.
3. This product should be sealed and stored in a cool dry and ventilated place (5 °C ~ 25 °C). Prevent rain and sun exposure; storage period is 12 months.
4. After the product is opened, it should be used up as soon as possible. The unused products should be sealed and placed in a safe place.
5. After opening the lid, there is a layer of oil on the surface of the product, which is a normal qualified product. It should be stirred thoroughly before use.
6. This product is non-dangerous and can be stored and transported as general chemicals.
